Nizozemski potrošniški skupini sta ugotovili, da naj bi Booking že od leta 2013 kršil pravila in potrošnikom preveč zaračunaval za hotelske sobe. Tako trenutno za tožbo proti platformi za rezervacijo nastanitev iščeta oškodovane goste.
