I wish someone would make a new RTS with the Halo Wars control scheme. It works so well on the Steam Deck. I played Halo Wars 2 on the Xbox and I was disappointed by the new gameplay.
I’ve not played HW2, but from a few videos I think part of what hurts it is how bland the maps are. In HW they all have a gimmick that keeps it fresh. I kinda wish they would do a HW 3.
The Halo series is one I’ll probably never give up, but I suppose I’m currently on a hiatus.
