Is there a science about who the Linux desktop users are? To me as a user, there doesn’t seem to be much coherent public information on the targetable audience.

I know that this article is tendentious by framing the German finance minister as Germany or the German position, but it is in so far right that Merz (CDU) or Klingbeil (SPD) haven’t said anything yet, likely for coalition peace (either this coalition works or fascists might be involved).
