which makes it a fun way to see which apps use XWayland tho!

id rather be using whatsapp, honestly

(and iirc whatsapp encrypts both group chats and DMs, on messenger it’s only DMs)

so yes, it is important to demonstrate that this “artificial intelligence” is so much not an intelligence that it’s getting beaten by 1979 software on 1977 hardware

in the west too our phones spy on us but everyone knows, everyone thinks it’s bad, and yet nobody cares

i don’t think there’s anything like that on linux sadly

personally i just use the VLC mobile app (yes, this exists!) to play my local music collection. it’s surprisingly good, and you can even send music to it from your computer to your phone wirelessly!
