Everyone is a edgy teenager well into their 20s.
As the joke goes, if your 18 your a child, if your 23 your a teenager, if your 29 your 30, if your 34 your late 20s, if your 35 your 35.
Most people in most western worlds don’t even get to start being an adult till they are well into their mid 20s, which means they only START growing up at like 24-25.
It takes years to actually mature. Anyone who understand this has never worked a job that has frequent fresh to the workforce people cycling though frequently.
Actually RP and by proxy ERP is basically a perfect fit for what LLM are good at.
Good RP is basically nothing but improv and rolling with a functional scenario no matter how weird it gets. Which LLM are fantastic at doing.
You arnt worried about accuracy or memory after all. Just that it can string together coherent English and play pretend with you. Literally the ideal use case for a LLM.

FF14 and BDO for example still have GMs but they are woefully understaffed. This is the more common reality.
Few to no mmos have zero GMs. They just frequently only work for like an hour a day doing spot checks are under staffed and mostly just are email support.
The old days of gms frequently being actively in-game to reach out to 24/7 isn’t a thing anymore.
